Hot 26 & 2

Hot 26 Experience: Embark on a revitalizing journey through a structured series of 26 poses and 2 breathing techniques, practiced in a 99º-103º infrared heated room. This class helps to boost your stamina, enhance body awareness, and achieve a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Infrared heat in a hot yoga class provides benefits like increased flexibility due to deep muscle warming, improved circulation, enhanced detoxification through sweating, pain relief from muscle tension, stress reduction, potential for calorie burning, and can even support skin health by promoting cell regeneration; essentially allowing for a deeper, more therapeutic yoga practice by penetrating tissues and joints with gentle heat.

Zen & Tonic

Zen & Tonic: This class offers a perfect blend of invigorating vinyasa and calming yin. Start with a dynamic vinyasa flow to energize your body and build strength through fluid, rhythmic movements. Then, ease into the restorative yin practice, holding gentle poses for extended periods to release deep-seated tension and foster inner peace. Ideal for those looking for a balanced practice that revitalizes the body and soothes the mind.

Vinyasa Flow

A Vinyasa flow class is a dynamic, breath-led practice where poses seamlessly connect, creating a continuous movement that challenges your body while promoting mental focus and relaxation through mindful breathing.

Vin/Yin

Our Vin/Yin Yoga class offers a unique blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, designed to balance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class is fluid in structure, combining elements of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in a way that varies with each session, providing a refreshing experience every time you practice.

We may begin with the invigorating flow of Vinyasa, where you will link breath with movement in a series of fluid postures. This section is designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, helping you warm up and energize your body through flowing sun salutations, standing poses, and creative sequences.

Alternatively, we may start with the slower, more meditative practice of Yin Yoga. In this segment, you’ll hold passive postures for 3 to 5 minutes, focusing on deep stretches that target the connective tissues and joints. This mindful practice invites you to surrender into each pose, cultivating relaxation, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Whether the class starts with Vinyasa or Yin, you’ll experience the perfect balance of dynamic movement and deep, restorative stretching. This class offers a complete yoga experience, providing the physical challenge of Vinyasa and the calming benefits of Yin, leaving you feeling balanced, relaxed, and centered.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. Our teachers really know who to set the tone for this class. It such a wonderful way to begin your week. A great class to regain flexibility.

It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles. Often we teachers hear, "I'm not flexible enough, or I cannot touch my toes". This class is perfect for anyone seeking more flexibility physically and even mentally. This class is perfect for all bodies. (Ideally this class is for bodies that can sit or lay on the floor, however chairs are available if needed.)
